Candice Morales Comes On Board as the New Purchasing Manager for Circuit Assembly
August 06, 2021 – Circuit Assembly, a company offering a wide range of connectors, custom cable assemblies, wiring harnesses and box builds, hires Candice Morales as their new Purchasing Manager. As a Supply Chain Specialist, she extends her expertise to all aspects of supply chain management, including need assessment, procurement/sourcing, inventory management, staff training, and material/supplies forecasting.
With over 23 years of experience, Candice Morales is a Supply Chain Specialist who has worked with companies like Thales Avionics, Panasonic and Airshow. She has held positions like Sr. Planner Buyer, Logistic and Component Specialist, RMA Planner, PCA, and SCM (Software Configuration).

Along with 23 years of experience, Candice is a certified SCM Master Trainer and has Apex certification along with other certifications like P.E., PMI-ACP. She is proficient in liaising with vendors, negotiating prices, evaluating company raw material needs, and coordinating transportation.
In her previous role, Candice has successfully redefined “safety stock” as solely for unforeseeable demand spikes and reduced inventory by 80%. She has identified and addressed multiple procedural and buyer issues that this excess stock had concealed, resulting in 24% service level increase and drastically improved cash flow. In other previous roles, Candice has enhanced business productivity by identifying operational gaps in prevailing practices and improving component engineering administrative procedures. She has managed STPO’s for all materials as per MRP requirements and attained manual requests from the RMA line personnel to accomplish tasks with promised turnaround time (TAT). Candice has deep knowledge of Lean Manufacturing procedures and is proficient in SAP, MRP and Microsoft Office.
Over the years, Candice has established herself as an inspirational leader and mentor. She has successfully built teams from scratch and inspired professionals to maintain high performance standards. She is a skilled team player, who’s proficient at creating communities, strengthening relationships with public bodies, and negotiating with a wide range of stakeholders.
