Brilliant® Ranks on Forbes 2021 America’s Best Professional and Best Executive Recruiting Firms
CHICAGO, Illinois – May 25, 2021 – Brilliant®, an award-winning direct-hire, contract and consulting practice specializing in accounting, finance, audit, tax, data analytics and technology, was named one of America’s Best Professional Recruiting Firms and one of America’s Best Executive Recruiting Firms according to Forbes.
This is the fifth consecutive year for Brilliant to rank on the Forbes Best Professional Recruiting Firms—referring to practices that focus on the placement of professional and specialist positions that earn up to $100,000 USD per year—coming in at No. 35 out of more than 26,000 nominated firms. There were a total of 250 winning companies to make the list.
This is the third time Brilliant ranked on the Forbes America’s Best Executive Recruiting Firms—referring to firms that specialize in the placement of executive positions that earn more than $100,000 USD per year—coming in at No. 150.

To determine the lists, Forbes partnered with market research firm, Statista, to invite more than 40,000 external recruiters, hiring managers and candidates to nominate the best recruiting firms in America. In total, more than 26,000 firms were nominated. Results from previous years were also considered.
